Outtie is intended for personal safety and discreet exit scenarios. You must not use the service for harassment, fraud, abuse, or illegal activity.

You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your sign-in method secure.

You may not attempt to bypass subscription requirements, abuse API routes, or interfere with platform reliability.

By providing your phone number and using Outtie, you consent to receive voice calls and SMS messages from us to deliver the core functionality of our service.

Message frequency varies based on your usage and trigger events. Message and data rates may apply.

You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. We will send a confirmation message, after which you will no longer receive SMS messages from that number. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Some features require an active paid subscription. Billing, renewals, and cancellations are managed through our payment provider.

If payment fails or a subscription expires, access to paid call features may be limited until billing is restored.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or stated in specific promotional terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-is basis without guarantees of uninterrupted operation.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, applicable law, or platform safety policies.

You may stop using the service at any time, subject to billing provider cancellation terms for paid plans.
